All assets shall remain invested in the Tricentennial Trust Fund and remain unexpended until January 1, 2075, at which time the Oxford Community Foundation will release said investment, along with accumulated interest, to that group of citizens appointed in 2075 as Oxford's Tricentennial Committee. This Committee is to be formed by strictly adhering to national and state guidelines issued for the Tricentennial Celebration of 2076. It is also this Committee that will plan the 300th anniversary observance and determine the project or projects to be funded as recommended by the Bicentennial Committee of 1976.
