with Special Needs

The purpose of this fund is to support the special needs of children with chronic physical or developmental disabilities who are under the age of nineteen and whose families lack the money to provide for those needs. The uses of the Fund shall include, but not be limited to, such thins as: -Intervention services for success at school, physical or psychological therapy and medical procedures. -Family counseling, corrective surgery and/or orthodontia for birth defects or injuries as a result of an accident. -Transportation and per diem allowance for lodging and food required by the child and immediate family for trips directly related to the treatment of the disability. The fund shall not be used for frivolous or routine purposes such as cosmetic surgery or cosmetic orthodontia.
