Established in 1999, The Timothy J. Rogers Memorial Fund will provide funds to promote and enhance the quality of life for residents of the City of Oxford, Ohio, particularly for the preservation of dwellings as single family, owner occupied homes in the "Mile Square," to purchase land as a permanent green space within the City of Oxford, and to promote projects designed to enhance the aesthetic beauty of Oxford.
