It is the general policy of the Foundation that a substantial part of its Restricted Funds shall remain as a permanent endowment of the Foundation. For purposes of this agreement, net income shall include, but not be limited to, realized or unrealized short term or long-term capital gain. If any contributions ot the Fund are received and accepted by the Foundation subject to a Donor's restrictions as to use of income and/or principal, such restrictions shall be honored. It is understood by the Parties that distribution of principal of the fund, as specifically requested by the director of the center may be accomplished, so long as the principal remains at least $5,000.
