The purpose of this fund is to support the Oxford Area Trail System. Funds are to be used for the following: Trail construction, Trail maintenance, Promotion of the trail system.

The funds should be used for the multi use trail system defined as the Oxford Area Trail System in the City of Oxford Comprehensive Plan.
