The Latin American Assistance Fund was established in 1999 to help cover travel expenses to promote and assist members of the Oxford community, including Miami University students, who individually, or as part of a church, civic, or university group travel to Latin American countries to provide labor and/or other assistance in connection with benevolent projects in a Latin American country.
