The Kay L. Rench Fund was started in 1998 by Talawanda Recreation, Inc. as a restricted fund to provide a scholarship for needy school-aged children in the Talawanda School District to pay for the use of any Talawanda Recreation, Inc. (TRI) facilities and/or City of Oxford facilities and/or recreational programs and equipment. Economic need is to be determined by The City of Oxford Recreation Director or his or her designee.
