This fund was started by Ed and Eve Morgan in 2000, as a way to help provide necessities to children in need in the Talawanda School district, grades kindergarten through fifth grade. All disbursements shall be made to the Talawanda City School District for the purpose of paying for necessities for needy children in kindergarten through fifth grade. Necessities shall include but not be limited to items like clothing appropriate to the weather, shoes, school supplies, vision checks and eyeglasses, hearing exams and hearing aids, and other medical examinations, including the medications prescribed as a result of those exams.
