This restricted fund was started in 2007.  One half of the initial contribution is to be available immediately to the Three Valley Conservation Trust for their general operations. One half of the initial contribution, plus any additional contributions shall be held as an endowed fund, the interest and earnings of which shall be used to further the goals of the Three Valley Conservation Trust.
