The Oxford Chamber of Commerce Scholarship Fund recognizes and rewards four students annually who are pursuing a technical or vocational careers.  Applicant eligibility (additional criteria):

- Talawanda High School Student.

- Minimum GPA of 2.0.

- Demonstrated Financial need.

- Resides in Oxford area.

- Someone not entering a 4 year Bachelor's Degree University
