Several years ago, longtime Reily Township resident Norman Ross made plans to benefit our community forever. Norman passed away in 2024, and his $1.2 million bequest to the Greater Oxford Community Foundation will be used to establish the Norman R. Ross Scholarship in his memory. The scholarship is designed to award a graduating Talawanda senior from Reily Township with plans to pursue an agriculture career.
