One half of the initial contribution shall be used to offset the costs of renovating the Performing Arts Theater space in the Oxford College Building on South College Avenue, Oxford Ohio as part of the conversion of said building to the Community Arts Center. The remainder of the initial contribution shall be held as an endowed fund, the interest of which shall be used to further the goals of the Oxford Community Arts Fund within the Foundation. If the Oxford Community Arts Center initiative is unable to raise enough additional funds to complete the renovation of the Oxford College Building, and/or to continue to manage and operate it as a Community Arts Center, this fund will then be advised by the Donor. In that case, the Charitable Donor may from time to time submit tot the Foundation recommendations for disbursements to charitable organizations which are consistent with the specific charitable needs of the Foundation. The Foundation shall consider and evaluate all such recommendations, but such recommendations will be solely advisory and the Foundation shall not be bound by such recommendations. Upon the death of the Charitable Donor (or five years of inactivity with neither deposits nor advised expenditures), the fund will become part of the unrestricted assets of the Foundation.
