This restricted fund, established by Jeff and Valerie Pulley in 2025, is established in memory of Martha Lee Pulley, for the use of Oxford Area Housing Solutions, as they establish the Winter House and other supportive housing solutions in the service area of the Greater Oxford Community Foundation.
