This restricted fund, started in 2010 by the Butler County Bar Association, helps support activities of the Butler County Bar Foundation, which operates exclusively to perform the charitable function of the Butler County Bar Association. The Foundation will assists the Butler County Bar Association with its focus on education, namely by providing scholarships to law school students and other members of the Butler County legal community in advancing their legal education. The Butler County Bar Foundation also supports local organizations, such as Mock Trial, Legal Aid, and the Volunteer Lawyers Program.
